On our website you will find information regarding the Government Gazette, Provincial Gazette, Bills and more.

 

The aim of the website is to provide government & provincial gazettes, easily, reliably and cost effectively to the general public, law firms etc. as it gets published. GICS publish all government and provincial gazettes on the website on the day of release by the GPW. The Legal Notice Government Gazette is available on the GICS website 1 hour after it has been released which contains Sale and Executions, Court Orders, Deceased Estates, Sale of Business, Surrender of Debtor Estates, Application for Rehabilitation, Notice to Creditors, Liquidation and Distribution Accounts.

 

GICS have loaded Government Gazettes from 2005 and Legal Notice Government Gazettes from 2000. GICS is working on more back dated Government Gazettes and will be updated on the website in the near future. If you require a back dated gazette that is not available on the GICS website, send us an email with the gazette information and we will either load the gazette on the website or send it to you via email.

 

GICS is now fully registered as a Close Corporation with CC No. 2008/181270/23 and also VAT Registered with VAT No. 4350251585
